My mods, my stories Elles-Helper writes "Today we get to view Bluebelle after her respray - or should I say part of Bluebelle. The bumpers etc are still work-in-progress but Paul has completed the spray of the main body shell. She is looking nice and shiny even though she has not been flat and polished!"

My mods, my stories Elles-Helper writes "Day 8 gives us a sneak peak at the painted bodywork. Although we only have 4 images for you today you can see the difference a professional paint job makes. The car is yet to be rubbed down again to remove the glazing left from the paint/lacquer but already we are very pleased with the results."

My mods, my stories Elles-Helper writes "Today sees the ongoing preparation for the full respray that Bluebelle is having. Originally we had opted for only the new panels to be sprayed and to have them blended in to the current bodywork however after careful consideration (and remembering the scratches a cat left on the bonnet one day + a few other dings) we decided to have the car fully re-sprayed."

My mods, my stories Elles-Helper writes "Day 6 is preparation for the cars respray - rubbing down, repairing holes left from removal of the original spoiler and repairing any dings left from Elle's previous fast driving habits. This is the time consuming bit but one which cannot be rushed. Any corners cut here will be forever visible once the car is resprayed later."
